What counts as a 'workstation'?
Each machine (workstation, laptop, server) with the Tangerin AI agent installed counts as one workstation.
What is the annual plan discount?
Annual billing offers an 8% discount compared to monthly — equivalent to just over one free month. The full amount is billed at the start of the annual cycle.
What are the compliance frameworks?
They are the regulatory frameworks pre-configured in the platform, totaling 24. Starter accesses 8. Business accesses 16. Enterprise and Scale access all 24.
Does the agent impact machine performance?
Not perceptibly. The agent runs as a background service with minimal CPU and memory usage, designed for corporate environments.
Does Tangerin AI collect conversation content?
No. We only collect metadata: tool names, accessed domains, installed extensions, and usage frequency. No conversation content, files, or personal data is collected.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades or downgrades are done directly in the panel without data loss. Proportional adjustments are applied to billing.
How does the Scale plan work?
